Phone-first emergency triage
Contact All Hours Plumbing & Gas
For active leaks, no heating, boiler lockouts or urgent plumbing faults, call first.
Use WhatsApp for photos, boiler fault codes, postcode, access and parking details. Request a callback for non-urgent work unless All Hours confirms urgent callback monitoring.
Call now if…
- Water is escaping, staining ceilings or running near electrics.
- You have no heating, no hot water, a boiler lockout or a visible fault code.
- The only usable toilet, sink or waste pipe is blocked or backing up.
- You cannot isolate the problem safely and need phone-first advice.
Simple triage checklist
- Postcode or nearest town.
- Whether the leak or fault is active, isolated, intermittent or already made safe.
- Photos of the leak, valve, boiler display, radiator valve, blocked fixture or damaged area.
- Boiler make/model and fault code if relevant — do not remove the boiler case.
- Whether heating, hot water or both are affected.
- Access, parking, landlord or tenant details if relevant.
Callback requests are non-urgent
Use the callback button, WhatsApp or email info@allhoursplumbingandgas.com and include the basics below so All Hours can respond with useful context instead of asking the same questions again.
Forms and emails are not suitable for active leaks. Call or WhatsApp first if water is escaping, heating or hot water has failed, or the issue cannot safely wait.
- For non-immediate enquiries, send your name, phone number, postcode and a short description by WhatsApp or email info@allhoursplumbingandgas.com.
- For urgent issues, call or WhatsApp first rather than waiting for an email reply.
- Callback requests are for non-urgent enquiries unless All Hours confirms they are being monitored for urgent work.
