These terms explain how enquiries, emergency attendance, diagnosis and repair work are handled by All Hours Plumbing & Gas.

Emergency call-outs and diagnostic fee

A diagnostic fee applies to call-outs. We explain it before we come out. The diagnostic attendance fee covers the initial visit and assessment; repair work, parts or follow-up work may be quoted separately.

Availability

Emergency attendance is subject to engineer availability, travel conditions and safe access to the property. Call first for urgent leaks, heating loss, hot water loss or blocked toilets.

Gas and safety

Gas work is carried out by a registered engineer. For suspected gas leaks or carbon monoxide concerns, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 and follow official safety advice.

Quotes and repairs

Where possible, repair options and costs are explained before non-emergency work proceeds. Some faults require investigation before a final repair cost can be confirmed.
